It was a normal day aboard The Gem of The Deep, a tall brunettes ship. See, she wasn’t an ordinary girl, she was a fiery, ruthless pirate who would do anything to survive.
Though, she wasn’t always so harsh, even being a pirate and being raised by pirates, as a child she was very bright and happy. Not to say she wasn’t happy now, it’s just not the adjective of choice.
I would instead use the word “okay.” Like I said earlier, she did what she must to survive, even if her choices weren’t so heroic. Though really, she wasn’t a bad person, I’d rather say confused with herself…. still… finding herself.
There’s so much she hasn’t learned of her story, but it’s already been prophesied.
Aqua Genevieve Marina.
A beautiful name, really. Deep down, it suits her quite nicely.
Like I said, so far it had been a normal day atop the large vessel. The sun had barely risen, telling the small crew of 3 that it was merely in the early morning hours. Aqua had just begun giving out orders to her crew when clouds enclosed the sky around them. That early morning sun and the blue sky had soon disappeared from sight. These clouds, however, were far from the usual grey ones when a storm would begin brewing. These, well, these were green.

Aqua gasped awake in the middle of a forest, remembering the events of earlier that morning. The sun was now pointed towards the West, alerting her it was around 2 in the afternoon.
Her long, black hair, once dry, was now drenched from top to bottom. Her white puff-sleeve shirt stained from the muddy grounds of the woods, and her brown cargo pants now torn in some spots.
‘Where the actual pearl am’ She thought whilst getting to her feet and brushing some of the dirt off her legs.
A twig snapped above her and her head whipped upwards.
“Well it’s about time you woke up, Marina,” a girl with bright, bright red hair said all whilst dangling upside down in a tree.
Aqua was quick to snap back, “And who the seashell are you and how do you know my name.”
It was less of a sentence and more of a threat, and by not only her tone but also her appearance, this would come as a fright to most people. However, this red-head seemed entirely unamused.
She spun upwards to be sitting rather than dangling.
“Well, love, you can call me Krimsyn. And you should be quick to catch onto the fact that I know everything.”
“How did I get here, Krimsyn?” Aqua growled, her eyes narrowing.
“See,” Krimsyn hops down off the branch to circle Aqua creepily. “It was a simple kidnapping, really.”
“Well, you’re dealing with a bloody pirate, couldn’t have been that simpl-“
“Oh no, it was like breathing for me.”
Aqua inhaled angrily, her temperature rising while the much shorter girl chuckled.
Aqua, out of stupidity and anger, snapped, “How tall are you anyways?”
Krimsyn suddenly went from standing to Aqua’s right side to directly in front of her, gripping tightly onto her collar.
“Mention my height again and I’ll know for certain that you have a death wish.”
She let go of the taller girls collar and continued to circle her.
‘Great, she can teleport‘ Aqua’s thoughts were everywhere, trying to diverse a plan to get out of this witches trap. She knew it wouldn’t be as easy as running, there was probably a barrier spell cast around the two ladies.
“What do you want anyways?” Aqua’s monotone voice piped up as she rolled her eyes tiredly.
“To find your sister.”
“Hah,” The taller girl spun around to face the red head. “I don’t have a sister.”
“Well, half-sister.. is what I should have said,” Krimsyn said, peering over her shoulder into the woods.
“What’s her name.”
“Amelia… Amelia Maddox Star.”
