I’m sorry for not posting in a while.
Things haven’t been too swell for me and my mental health lately so I took a little break.
During that break I feel better. I’m trying to eat healthier and get better sleep.
Sleep has been tough for me for a few years. I think it started in 2019 that I would decide to stay up until 10 or 11 at night. I didn’t realize that that’s not healthy for kids, little kids or people my age.
I’ve been having a rough time with some people too, so I had to cut them off.
On the eating side of things, apparently I’ve been having a little too much sugar…….
But hey! I’m having a strawberry, banana, pineapple, and OJ smoothie now so BAM.
Another reason I took a little break is because last week my blogs weren’t the same. Probably because of the reasons I listed while there are others.
I was just writing facts and boring things that me and my mom agreed people wouldn’t enjoy as much as when I tell a story.
I’m feeling better and back up to that energy, and I’m, as listed in my bio on Pinterest, READY TO ROCK 2021!!!

Anyway, my smoothie is almost gone, that sucks. But I’m thrilled to be back to writing and it honestly feels really good.
